Refund Policy

Our policy in short

PCA courses are digital products that are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed.

Your right to cancel (digital content)

Under UK consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, for digital content that is supplied immediately, this right ends once you begin accessing the content, provided you have acknowledged this at the point of purchase.

By purchasing a PCA course, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and you acknowledge and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you access the course.

Before you have accessed the course

If you have purchased a course but have not yet accessed any of its content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing admin@peptidecoachingacademy.com. Once any part of the course has been opened, this no longer applies.

Why we have this policy

Our courses can be viewed, downloaded, and copied the moment they are accessed. A no-refund-after-access policy protects the integrity of our educational materials and is standard for digital course providers. We set our prices and describe our courses clearly so you can make an informed decision before you buy.

Exceptional circumstances

If something has genuinely gone wrong — for example, you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or cannot access a course you paid for due to a technical fault on our side — contact us at admin@peptidecoachingacademy.com and we will put it right.

Chargebacks

If you experience a problem, please contact us first — we want to help. Initiating a chargeback for a course you have accessed, in breach of this policy, may result in your account and course access being suspended.
