1. Who we are

This website and its courses are operated by Peptide Coaching Academy ("PCA", "we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at admin@peptidecoachingacademy.com.

2. What PCA provides

PCA provides educational courses and certifications in peptide science. Our content is designed to improve your understanding of peptide biology, pharmacology, and the current state of published research.

PCA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Our certifications are educational certifications only. They are not medical, clinical, regulatory, or prescribing qualifications, and they do not authorise you to practise medicine, prescribe, supply, or administer any substance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use PCA courses. By using this website you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it. Your access to a purchased course is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

5. Purchases and access

When you purchase a course, you receive a licence to access that course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use, with lifetime access subject to these Terms. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, branding, and the PCA name and logo are the property of Peptide Coaching Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, screenshot for redistribution, republish, or share course content with any other person or platform. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and may result in your access being revoked without refund, as well as legal action.

7. Certificates

On successful completion of a course level you will receive a digital certificate recognising your completion of that educational programme. Certificates are educational recognition only and do not represent a medical, clinical, or state-recognised professional qualification.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or course content unlawfully, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Course content is provided for educational purposes and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication, but peptide science evolves and we make no warranty that all content is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for any decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCA is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the courses or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Refunds

Because our courses are digital products delivered instantly, our refund policy is set out separately in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
